Job Summary
A management position that focuses on supervising the daily operations of a Shoney's Restaurant. Responsible for providing outstanding sales, profits, and customer-driven performance. Assure that all company policies, standards and administrative procedures are followed in such a way as to improve sales and operational efficiency in the restaurant. Salary commensurate with experience.

 
Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years progressive management experience in medium to large full service chain restaurant organization

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in understandable English

  • Must be able to work varied and unpredictable hours
